Florida Man Ups The Ante Throwing Caged Animal At Cousin
Fights can get ugly, people start biting or hitting each other in more sensitive places, but this one is just ridiculous. Two cousins got into a fight and one cousin thought it would be a good idea to throw a small dog at their opponent, while it was still in its cage. Just what was he thinking?
“According to his arrest report, the two cousins and several witnesses were inside the home when an argument broke out at about 7:30 p.m. Johnson then made a “threatening statement to harm” his cousin and others inside the home before chucking the caged Chihuahua at his cousin, the arrest report said.
The black metal cage, with the dog locked inside, struck the cousin on the inside of her upper left arm, causing a minor bruise, the arrest report said. The report made no mention of whether Roscoe was injured.”
“Johnson, now facing a misdemeanor battery charge, investigators said, admitted to the crime after officers questioned him.
Johnson had at least a dozen convictions for minor crimes, including trespassing, theft, and fleeing and eluding a police officer, the news outlet reported.
The suspect was released on Wednesday from the Pinellas County Jail but was ordered not to return to the home he shared with the cousin, The Associated Press reported.”
The victim of the inhabited dog cage suffered a bruise from the incident.
The poor dog didn’t see that one coming. This seems pathetic on the part of the dog throwing cousin, did he have to stoop to this level? He probably hurt the dog more than his cousin, and the dog had no part in this fight.
I have heard of people siccing their dogs on someone, but throwing a caged animal at someone during a fight is something new. I guess the “size of the fight in the dog” really didn’t matter in this fight.
