Sander’s Let’s The Media Know John Kerry Is The Last Person To Be Giving Advice.

John Kerry the man who is proxy rich through his wife is trying to meddle in politics again. He is currently sticking his nose into the Iranian Deal. Regardless of the reason he gives, it is likely he is simply trying to prevent Trump from overwriting one of his achievements. As he was behind the deal during the Obama Administration.

In light of Trump calling the Iranian deal bad Kerry has been talking to the Iranian Government giving them pointers on how to keep it going.

It is unusual for a former secretary of state to engage in foreign policy like this, as an actual diplomat and quasi-negotiator,” said Michael O’Hanlon, a foreign policy expert at the Brookings Institution. “Of course, former secretaries of state often remain quite engaged with foreign leaders, as they should, but it’s rarely so issue-specific, especially when they have just left office.”

Since Kerry has started to engage in his own private negotiations with Iran.  Critics are claiming that he may, in fact, be in violation of the Logan Law.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 61318 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position. The Act was passed following George Logan‘s unauthorized negotiations with France in 1798, and was signed into law by President John Adams on January 30, 1799. The Act was last amended in 1994, changing the penalty for violation from “fined $5,000” to “fined under this title”; this appears to be the only amendment to the Act. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony.”

Sarah Sander was asked about Kerry and his shadow diplomacy.

Reporter: “John Kerry’s shadow diplomacy, how does that impact the deliberations?”

Sarah Sanders: “I don’t think it impacts it at all. I think the President spoke out about that pretty clearly. And I don’t think we would take advice from somebody who created what the President sees to be one of the worst deals ever made. I’m not sure why we would start listening to him now.”

Some claim Kerry is well within his rights as he is encouraging the US-backed treaty, but does that matter? He is knowingly working against the current administration with a Foreign government. This seems like a pretty clear violation of the Logan act. He is working against Trump goal to rework or even get rid of the deal.

His Spokesman is not even denying his intentions.

But I’m sure he will be brought to Justice like all the other rich democrats that break the law…
