CNN is known for its’ bias news and they usually bring on compliant guests that are ready to go along with their narratives. But in this case, they took on a man that has scruples, something that CNN should screen for unless they want to be shown up. CNN’s Alisyn Camerota failed to realize her mistake and invited on Former Governor of New Hampshire and Chief Of Staff for George H Bush, John Sununu. He only came on to talk about John McCain, but she thought she would use him to attack Trump as well…
“So, governor, what do you think about President Trump rejecting the practice of putting out an official White House statement about John McCain’s service and sacrifice?”
“Look that was printed in The Washington Post and I have to be honest with you, I don’t give much credence to what I read.”
“We also have that report.”
“Yea well, -chuckle- same thing applies.”
And that’s when you see Camerota’s demeanor change a little. She seems a little upset that he would call her network out like that.
“Governor… You come on CNN and we appreciate you coming on CNN, and we appreciate your take on it. But I don’t appreciate you denigrating our reporting. I think you know we have excellent reporters here. But are you saying that you don’t want to believe that? You don’t want to believe that President Trump would do that about John McCain?” she said with some indignation.
“I’m saying I don’t want to comment on a report that I haven’t satisfied myself is correct.”
“And if that report were true?”
“I’m not going to answer the hypothetical.”
Camerota goes on offended that he would dare say what everyone else knows. That their reporting is biased and questionable.

They continue on and Sununu explains that the press is against the administration. He feels that the MSM is creating a divide in the country with what they are doing. Camerota tries to recover but she is no match for the seasoned politician.
He continues to control the conversation and even shames her a bit. When he redirects the conversation to McCain and reminds her that he is there to honor his memory not bash Trump or get political.
But being a CNN host with the common bias she can’t see this and tries to get the last word in. But it just proves his point.
