Watch: Bernie Sanders’ War On The Shrinking Middle Class Just Got Worse

This is Bernie Sanders second time around. He was thwarted last time because Hillary Clinton rigged the Democrat Primary.

But since that is no big deal for some reason, we’ll skip past that voter tampering and move on to what Sanders said. For some reason, this time around Dems are focused on bashing trump and hating the 2nd amendment. But back in 2015 Sanders admitted his plan was to raise taxes, even on the middle class.

Back then Trump called him out for his plan to increase taxes.

“He’s going to tax you people at 90%. He’s going to take everything. And nobody has heard the term communist, but ya know what I call him a social-communist, because that’s what he is,” Trump stated.

Bernie Sanders appeared on “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos where he addressed Trump’s comment and his tax plans.

“Well, if I had to respond to every absurd thing that Donald Trump said, I would spend my whole life doing it,” Sanders replied.

“What we have seen, George, in the last 30 years, as most Americans know, is a massive redistribution of wealth,” the Dem presidential candidate claimed. “Unfortunately, it’s gone in the wrong direction, it’s gone from the middle class and working families to Donald Trump and his friends, the top one-tenth of 1 percent.

“And, yes, let me be very clear, if we are going to make public colleges and universities to tuition-free, as I believe we have to do in the 21st century, yes, we are going to have a tax on Wall Street speculation.”

“We are going to ask Trump and his billionaire friends to pay more in taxes. We’ll come up with that rate. But it will be a damned lot higher than it is right now.”

“So no tax hikes below the top 1%?” Host Stephanopoulos asked.

“I think if you’re looking about guaranteeing paid family and medical leave, which virtually every other major country has, so that when a mom gives birth, she doesn’t have to go back to work in two weeks, or there’s an illness in a family, dad or mom can stay home with the kids. That will require a small increase in the payroll tax.”

“That’s going to hit everybody?” Stephanopoulos questioned.

“That would… yeah, that would,” Bernie admitted.

So I doubt that changed, as Sanders has even bigger plans that will cost even more, like The Green New Deal. But as it stands we may not even have to worry about Sanders as Warren has been eating away at his base, and he can’t seem to keep up with Sleepy Joe Biden.
