It looks like Biden is losing it. He may have been right about being too old to run. When questioned by Joy Reid about what to do when Republicans stop a Dem president’s plans, Biden suggested a real physical revolution.
“How would you get past either a majority Republican Senate in which Mitch McConnell was determined to kill all of these ideas or even a Mitch McConnell in the minority who repeated the consistent filibustering that happened when you were vice president and anything that came from the Obama-Biden administration Mitch McConnell considered dead on arrival?” Reid asked Biden.
“Joy, I know you’re one of the ones who thinks it’s naive to think we have to work together,” Biden replied. “The fact of the matter is if we can’t get a consensus, nothing happens except the abuse of power by the executive. Zero”
“There are certain things where it just takes a brass knuckle fight,” Biden said calling for violence.
“You have to go out and beat these folks if they don’t agree with you. That’s what presidents do. Persuade people if they don’t agree … you beat them, you make an explicit case like we did for the House. I’d do the same for the Senate by making it clear to Republicans that on some things there’s a rationale for compromise.”
He later added an even more disturbing line:
“Let’s start a real physical revolution if you’re talking about it. Because we have to be able to change what we are doing within our system.”

It sounds like Biden meant he is going to beat people by persuading them but then he goes off to left field when he talks about brass knuckles or a revolution. He does know that there is not supposed to be violence in politics right?
