Gov Cuomo’s ‘Model Citizen’ Currently Facing Criminal Charges For Assault!

Earlier this year the Democrats were up in arms as an illegal man, Pablo Villavicencio Calderon, was detained. They made a big deal about it. How the laws were separating a family.

Detaining a hardworking man, separating a father from his children and tearing apart communities doesn’t make America safe, and a wrong minded immigration policy grounded in bias and cruelty doesn’t make America great,” Cuomo said in a statement.

“Until Governor Cuomo stops dragging his feet, there will only be tragic stories like Pablo’s,” Cuomo’s challenger, Cynthia Nixon, claimed.

But it was New York so his case was thrown out if only temporarily and he was free to go back to his family.

Although he stayed in the United States unlawfully and is currently subject to a final order of removal, he has otherwise been a model citizen,” U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty said hours before his release.

He now has two children, both of whom are United States citizens,” Judge Crotty wrote. “He has no criminal history. He has paid his taxes. And he has worked diligently to provide for his family.”

So a judge and basically the state of New York decided to free a man who had broken the law of the land because he had a family here. They proved that they could care less for upholding the law and Calderon quickly showed them how much of a model citizen he actually is.

But now, the delivery man, Pablo Villavicencio Calderon, has been arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the assault of his wife.

According to court documents, Mr. Villavicencio, 35, pushed his wife against a wall and slapped her Thursday at their home on Long Island. He then took her cellphone to prevent her from calling the police. The police later found her phone in Mr. Villavicencio’s pocket.”

Calderon was originally detained by a military base as he tried to deliver pizzas. The staff looked up his name and found that ICE had put an order for his removal back in 2010. So unlike the state of New York, the military were trying to uphold the law.

Looks like they should have deported him. Or are they going to allow this family man to continue to beat on his family?
