Some new startling information has just been released regarding the murder of JonBenet Ramsey.
There has been so much suspicion and so many conspiracy theories over the years as to what happened to JonBenet Ramsey the day after Christmas in 1996.
Gary Oliva, who is a convicted pedophile has been one of the primary suspects in the murder. Now it seems as though he has confessed to the murder of JonBenet through letter written to a high school classmate.
Oliva is currently in prison serving a 10-year sentence for child pornography. He said in letters to Michael Vail that he accidentally killed Ramsey.
“I never loved anyone like I did JonBenét and yet I let her slip and her head bashed in half and I watched her die,” Oliva wrote in one of the letters. “It was an accident. Please believe me. She was not like the other kids.”
Ramsey was found dead in her Boulder, Colorado, home on Dec. 26, 1996. Police believe she was killed the night before by a blow to the head or strangulation. Nobody has ever been charged in the case, which received national attention.
Michael Vail, the friend from high school, recalled Oliva calling him that day crying and saying, “I hurt a little girl.” But at the time he said he could not get any more information out of Oliva.
The letters which include drawing are deeply disturbing. He even said that he would have eaten JonBenet’s body.
Detectives believe she was murdered the night before, on Christmas Day, through either a blow to the head or strangulation with a garotte.
Oliva does not explain in the letters why he was at the Ramsey home that night but investigations have shown he was using an address just ten blocks away at the time JonBenét was murdered.
Sexual predator Oliva wrote the letters to Vail from his cell in Limon Correctional Facility, Colorado after being arrested in 2016 for possessing child pornography on his phone.
A man by the name of John Mark Karr once confessed to JonBenet’s murder but was released because it was a lie. Why he would lie about it, who knows? Is Gary Oliva lying as well? I hope we’ll soon find out.
