Chicago PD Call For Soros Backed Prosecutor’s Resignation

Jussie Smollett, the actor who was upset about his ridiculously high pay and likely decided to stage a hate crime on himself, had all charges dropped against him. The prosecution led by Kim Foxx is now under scrutiny. The Chicago PD are pissed that they dropped the case they felt it was solid. They have taken the next step and they now want Foxx to resign.

Protesters led by the Fraternal Order of Police in Chicago stood outside of Foxx’s office and chanted “Foxx must go!” and “lock her up!” while holding up signs demanding her resignation.”

Kevin Graham, president of the Chicago Fraternal Order of Police, told “America’s Newsroom” that authorities believed their case against Smollett was “solid” and thought they would have gotten a conviction.

“This case should have stood trial,” Graham said.

This is about making sure people are treated fairly. We cannot forgot about victims. There has to be a deterrent if you’re going to have laws and we’re going to arrest people. If there is no deterrent, what are we doing?” Graham asked.

Meanwhile, members of Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow/PUSH Coalition and other civil-rights activists stood by supporting Foxx. Jackson said Foxx has become the victim of “unreasonable, unjustified and politically motivated” criticism.

Foxx said she recused herself from the Smollett investigation before and tapped her first deputy, Joseph Magats, to oversee the case.

Foxx said that she ceded control of the case to her deputy because she had traded text and email message with Tina Tchen, a prominent attorney and former Michelle Obama chief of staff, and an unnamed Smollett relative before the actor was charged.”

On Thursday, city officials wrote Smollett that he could be prosecuted for making false statements if he fails to repay the roughly $130,000 cost of the police’s probe into his alleged hate hoax in the next seven days.”

Comedian Tracy Morgan commented on the Smollett case.

“They gave me a role on ‘Empire,’” Morgan told the late-night host, as the audience applauded. “They gave me millions of dollars. Contractually, all I got to do is not fake a hate crime … Jussie. That’s all I have to do.”
