CNN Dumbfounded That There Are Latinos That Support Trump And The Border Wall

The MSM can’t handle when there are people that disagree with their narrative. Liberals tend to believe that the Border Wall is a waste of time.

So after demonizing the president when it comes to the treatment of migrants they were surprised to find that there are still many Latinos that support Trump and the wall.

In a segment on CNN’s OutFront with Erin Burnett, they covered Trump’s approval rating with Latinos. What must have been a surprise to Liberals, Trump is still favored by over a third of Latinos.

Due to these stats, they sent a reporter out to interview some of these Trump supporting Latinos. Since they could not believe that any Latino would support Trump.

CNN Correspondent: Miguel Marquez: “You were born and raised in McAllen Texas yes?”

Latino Voter: Rolando Rodriguez: “mmhmm”

Marquez: And you live a mile from where we are standing, the wall,

Rodriguez: uh huh

Marquez: And you want to see this not only taller but longer?

Rodriguez: Longer and Taller, yes.

Marquez: How much taller?

Rodriguez: Twice as much at least

Marquez: And you want the whole 2,600 miles

Rodriguez: Yes 2,600 miles, Yes Sir.

Rodriguez later commented on the wall. “I don’t think the wall is going to be a barrier really for the good people. It will be a barrier for bad people.

Trump, who got more support among Latinos in 2016 than Mitt Romney did in 2012 when Trump received 29% of the Latino vote, has often pointed out that illegal immigration hurts Latino workers and illegal immigrant criminals victimize Hispanics who are in the country legally.

In the 2018 midterm elections, AP’s VoteCast data, exit polls, and other surveys found that Republicans received about a third of the Latino vote even though the mainstream media for two years painted Trump as an anti-Latino “racist.”

Marquez said that though a majority of Latinos disapprove of Trump and his border politics, pro-Trump Latinos believe there is enough support among the community to get Trump re-elected in 2020.”
