DNC Chair Perez Calls Republicans Cowards… Says The Question Dodger…

DNC Chairman Tom Perez took a potshot at Trump, Republicans and their supporters. He claimed that anyone who doesn’t stand up to Trump is a coward.

Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez launched a stunning attack on Republican lawmakers, saying history will “judge” them for supporting President Trump.

Perez made the comments during a discussion at Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management on Monday night, where he spoke at length about Donald Trump “twisting the knife” in the backs of the American people by attempting to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

“The reason why we [Democrats] are winning, and we won at scale in 2018, is because our message is clear. Our message was: we are the ones who actually have your back on the issues that really matter. Healthcare, education. He said he had your back, but actually he had a knife in your back,” Perez said.”

“The thing is, they are cowardly. History will not only judge Donald Trump harshly, it will judge Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan and all the other cowards who refuse to stand up to this president and allow the party of Lincoln to die. They will be judged harshly because whatever he says goes right now.”

Perez was also recently asked about Biden and the allegations against him. Perez chose to do what most Dem are, he stuck his head in the sand and just hoped he beats Trump.

“You know former vice president Joe Biden quite well. What do you make of the allegation from Lucy Flores in Nevada that Biden made her feel “uneasy, gross, and confused” when he kissed the back of head at a 2014 Nevada rally? What about Biden’s response?

Perez: I do know the vice president very well and have great respect for him, and I have great respect for Lucy Flores, as well. The vice president has said she should always feel free to share her experiences, but at the same time he’s been pretty clear about his impressions of this situation. And I think people have known the vice president for decades and will judge him on his lifetime of service.

Question: Do you hope his behavior changes? That’s what Lucy Flores said.

Perez: I think people who know the vice president well understand that he’s a very warm and empathetic person. That’s who he is, and that’s been a been big part of people’s affection for Joe Biden.”

It seems Perez is just another Dem willing to overlook any sort of crime even molestation if it means a strong Dem contender.
