On Thursday night, good ol’ lovable Jimmy Kimmel, whose dripping condescension toward conservatives seemingly permeates every fiber of his being, declared that the people who have contributed over $12 million to the GoFundMe page to build a wall along the southern border of the United States, are “very dopey people” who are “dipping into their meth money.”
Kimmel started by noting President Trump’s pledge to shut down the government unless he got $5 billion in funding for the border wall:
“Trump is leaving Washington, D.C. an absolute mess. He caused quite a thing today. He announced today he’s not going to sign a resolution to fund the government. This is a deal that was crafted by Republicans. They thought he was going to sign it. He surprised them and said, I’m not signing it unless I get the $5 billion I want for my border wall. If he doesn’t get that money, which he won’t, tomorrow night at midnight the government will shut down, which means hundreds of thousands of workers won’t get paid.”
After his disgusting comments about the President and his family, Kimmel took to slamming Concerned patriots for donating to support the border wall:
“People, this is what people do with their disposable income when they don’t have loans from college to pay off. Donating money for a wall that will never exist. It’s like starting a college fund for Harry Potter. It’s a, it’s a waste. A more useful thing to do with your money would be to go outside and feed it to a bird but you do have to admire the sacrifice they’re making. I mean, a lot of these people are dipping into their meth money for this …”
So, according to Kimmel, if you support border security and want a wall you’re an uneducated meth addict. Ah, yes… the old “if you can’t debate them, insult them’ routine that all snowflakes revert back to when they have absolutely nothing to contribute.
That is was they do, isn’t it?
If Kimmel’s ‘jokes’ bother you, don’t let them. This is the same guy who mocked the First Lady’s accent, was torn apart by his own fans, and back-peddled his way into hypocrisy by swearing off politics as a whole.
Which, of course, he didn’t. It’s fairly safe to say that little Jimmy’s rating would be in the can if not for Trump. Obviously, he couldn’t walk away from that, right?
