Massachusetts State Senators Approve ‘Nasty Women Act’ Ahead Of Trump’s SCOTUS Pick

Massitusis Liberals have been petrified of who President Trump might pick to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. One of their biggest fears is the replacement might wind up being the deciding vote that overthrows the Roe v. Wade case and return the debate back over to individual States.

In response, the Massachusetts Senators formed a plan to cut their fears short by introducing the “NASTY Women act” – their name, not mine, though, it does seem befitting. The act reportedly got its strange name from when, the then-presidential candidate, Donald Trump referred to Hillary Clinton as a “nasty woman” back in 2016.

According to Town Hall, In January, Interim State Senate President Harriette Chandler (D-Worcester) introduced the Negating Archaic Statutes Targeting Young Women bill  –aka ‘NASTY Women’ – to prevent Massachusetts laws such as an outright ban on abortion from being reinforced should the Supreme Court ruling Roe be overturned. The law would negate any previous Massachusetts law overturned by Roe v. Wade and subsequent High Court rulings.

As Reported By The Washington Examiner:

Since that fateful decision in January 1973, support for the life-ending procedure has moved far from its initial description of “safe, legal, and rare.” It now safely resides within the category of “rights” and is considered by many to be just another form of birth control. Abortion has reached a near-sacramental status in the Left’s political religion. To encroach upon this holy ground is tantamount to war.

With the announcement that Justice Anthony Kennedy is retiring, protection of legalized abortion has moved into high gear. The issue tops the list of fears when it comes to a post-Kennedy court.

The issue strikes a nerve with liberals everywhere. Anyone who has taken 5 minutes to watch CNN (at any time of the day) since Kennedy announcement knows that liberals are freaking out. Freaking out and speaking out.

On “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg raged on about the possibility of future rulings: “As a woman, I think you’re trying to take my rights away. Okay? You don’t care. You don’t want people to take your guns? Get out of my behind! Get out of my vagina! Get out!”
