Liberal social media explodes on Allie Beth Stuckey, the host of ‘Allie’ after she created a satirical video of the socialist golden child, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Stuckey took Ocasio- Cortez’s awkward PBS interview and created something hilarious out of it.
Though liberal late-night hosts do this almost every night, the left missed the joke by a mile and accused Stuckey of ‘making the video and presenting it as reality. Ocasio-Cortez used the opportunity to say that Republicans are so afraid of her that they have to make up interviews…
Wow. The left either has run out of things to be outraged about or truly can’t handle a dose of their own medicine.
On “Fox & Friends First,” Stuckey said she has no apologies for the video, arguing she believed viewers would immediately recognize it was satire.
“I might have received some backlash from people who decided to manufacture some faux outrage on the left, but for the most part people appreciated and understood the joke,” Stuckey said.
Thankfully, not everyone is too full of themselves to understand satire when they see it:
She has every right to do this. But a party filled with people so defiantly and embarrassingly ignorant that they believe Pizza-gate, Birtherism and Seth Rich conspiracy theories simply can't be trusted to distinguish satire.
They've already proven it's beyond their capacity.
This is the dumbest non-scandal. @conservmillen does satire stuff – maybe you don't find it funny but it was clear satire…if we have to start labeling stuff satire now then there are a lot of tweets and videos that need that label. https://t.co/EZCLCxInrO
On the Israel-Palestinian conflict, she [Ocasio-Cortez] admitted to not being an expert, along with supporting a two-state solution, which she shied away from three days after the PBS interview. Oh, and unemployment is low because everyone is working two jobs. We’ll get to that in a second, but Stuckey decided to do a mock interview to parody the PBS appearance. It’s been done before, but it went viral, breaking over 1 million views. Apparently, not everyone was able to see what was blatantly obvious, providing yet another episode that the liberal media totally embarrassed itself. Also, Washington Post, you should know better, c’mon, guys:
Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, the congressional candidate from New York whose democratic socialist campaign has stuck a lightning bolt into the world of Democratic politics, appeared to give bizarre answers in a 2½-minute video that was staged as an interview with conservative commentator Allie Stuckey on the site CRTV…
