Mother Of Four Drives Three Hours To Confront Beto O’Rourke

Beto O’Rourke is desperately trying to gain the spotlight in order to gain some traction for his 2020 presidential campaign. So he came up with the Tyrannical idea to confiscate guns, or as he puts it, a mandatory buyback. This once again assumes that people are going to comply and follow the law. So I am sure all of the criminals are going to jump at the chance to follow the law… Mother, Lauren Boebert, traveled three hours to enlighten Beto O’Rourke at his Aurora, Colorado Townhall. She wanted him to know how foolish his Gun Confiscation ploy is.

“Well, I am here to say: Hell, no, you’re not,” Boebert started. “So with that I would like to know how you plan to legislate people because it is not the gun it is the heart of the man that does that.”

She went onto say that the victims of the Aurora shooting were defenseless because they were unarmed. A crowd member yelled “no they weren’t,” which just goes to show you the kind of audience O’Rourke pulls in.

But she really brought it home when she explained why she needs to be armed.

“I have four children, I am 5-foot-0, 100 pounds, I cannot really defend myself with a fist. … I want to know how you’re going to legislate that because a criminal breaks the law, so all you’re going to do is restrict law-abiding citizens, like myself.”

Watch The Clip Below.

O’Rourke told the audience in Colorado that he refuses to accept the number of shootings that take place in the United States.

“This doesn’t happen in any other country. There are 329 million of us. There are 390 million guns. No other country has this kind of ratio. No other country allows its citizens to buy weapons that were designed for war. … The logic of your argument is, Why shouldn’t we allow you to have a bazooka or drive a tank down the street?” he answered.”

The audience hated hearing that reasonable explanation pointing out how O’Rourke is wrong. They are the type that think criminals are going to comply with the law or guns kill people as opposed to people killing people. O’Rourke went to an extreme talking about a bazooka or a tank because he can’t really refute her point. But I am sure his audience ate it up.
