Jeffery Toobin Is Just One Of The Many Pundits Losing Their Minds Over The Abortions Controversy But This Might Be The Reason- At Least For Him…
It’s hard to miss the sheer anxiety the left is spuing all over the place over the potential loss of Justice Kennedy. Before Conservatives could even consider the possibilities of losing the Supreme Court Judge, media outlets like CNN exploded with claims of a mass abortion recall. One pundit has pushed himself ahead of the heard by painting the idea as some sort of pandemic.
According to The Daily Wire, Since Anthony Kennedy announced he will be retiring from the Supreme Court, CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin has gone into panic mode over the fate of Roe v. Wade. Immediately, he began sounding the alarm that so-called “abortion rights” as we know it are effectively “doomed” in the United States:
Anthony Kennedy is retiring. Abortion will be illegal in twenty states in 18 months. #SCOTUS
Casey Greenfield, alleged former mistress of Mr. Toobin, offered some insight into why the CNN analyst might want to keep abortion around. Greenfield shared her story with the New York Times in a piece called “Casey Greenfield v. the World’.
When Ms. Greenfield first informed him of her pregnancy, she said, Mr. Toobin questioned the paternity, balked at submitting to a test and vowed to take no responsibility for a baby he wasn’t sure was his. Both hired lawyers. Inevitably, the tabloids and gossip sites took notice of the scandal, dropping increasingly detailed hints about the behind-the-scenes drama.
“The one time you really don’t want to get pregnant is when you’re single and the other person is married and you’re working as a first-year junior associate at a law firm in a hard-core phase of trying to prove yourself to them,” Ms. Greenfield recalled last week. She said she ruled out an abortion. She did not delude herself that the emotional nadir of her life would qualify for much external sympathy. “I had a job at a prestigious firm,” she said, “a law degree from Yale that was paid for, a wonderful support group of friends.” But when she informed her parents that she was pregnant, she did not say by whom.
Greenfield gave birth to her son in 2009 and named him Roderick Henry Greenfield. After a lawsuit, Mr. Toobin reportedly agreed to some form of child support of some kind and some visitations. If it’s true, this new information brings to light Mr. Toobin push to keep abortion legal.
