Sean Hannity To NeverTrumpers ‘Can You Admit You Were Wrong?’

Hannity thrashed anti-Trumpers for their constant bashing of President Donald Trump and their apocalyptic propaganda leading up to Monday’s SCOTUS pick. Their over-reaction building up to the announcement was nothing short of fanatical.

President Trump announced his selection of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be his second Supreme Court justice Monday night. Speaking in the East Room of the White House, the president said that what mattered to him was “not a judge’s political views, but whether they can set aside those views to do what the law and the Constitution require.”

“I am pleased to say that I have found, without a doubt, such a person,” he said in announcing Kavanaugh’s nomination. “There is no one in America more qualified for this position and no one more deserving,” the president also said.

According to The Washington Examiner, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity joked on Monday that it was good to see his colleague Jeanine Pirro smile after President Trump announced his nominee.

“To all of you Never Trumpers out there all across America, you tried so hard to prevent a Trump presidency. Are you happy tonight at all? Can you admit you were wrong at all?” he asked. “Are you happy that this was not Hillary Clinton tonight appointing a judicial activist or a left-wing activist to the Supreme Court?”

As Written By Town Hall:

Everyone who has known him or worked with Kavanaugh has given him a glowing endorsement. He is being described as “truly good,” hardworking, “honest,” “the real deal, “a textualist, “a Constitutionalist.” Trump even made President Bush happy with Kavanaugh’s nomination, who sent a note commending Trump on the wise decision.

He is an honest man, a proud American. He reveres the Constitution and he is dedicated to public service. Judge Kavanaugh is as American as apple pie.
