Wapo Releases Insane Anti-Trump Immigration Article That’s Sure to Backfire and Give Him 2020

Our Border is still being bombarded by migrants. Trump and Republicans seem to be the only ones interested in working on our border.

The president has done everything in his power to strengthen our country’s border defense while fighting the Dems every step of the way. He has even expressed that he wants to figure this out without using weapons.

But The Washington Post would have you believe that Trump ready to give Border Agents the order to start firing on Migrants.

WaPo put on an article titled “‘Shoot them!’: Trump laughs off a supporter’s demand for violence against migrants.” The article is, of course, misleading as Trump is not for shooting migrants. The article revolves around The Florida Rally on Wednesday. During the rally, Trump talked about the border crisis and explicitly said that he would never allow weapons to be used on migrants.

We can’t let them use weapons, we can’t. Other counties do. We can’t,” Trump said. “I would never do that.”

The president then asked, presumably rhetorically, “How do you stop these people?”

Someone in the crowd apparently yelled “shoot them,” prompting Trump to shake his head “no” and respond, “Only in the Panhandle, you can get away with that statement.”

The Washington Post took Trump’s comment and ran with it, twisting it into something it is not.

Though Trump didn’t explicitly endorse the suggestion to shoot migrants, his joking response raised concerns that he was tacitly encouraging extrajudicial killings and brutality against asylum seekers and undocumented immigrants. The president has long been accused of endorsing acts of violence through his incendiary rhetoric and allusions to the potential for violence at his rallies, a charge that members of his administration deny.”

To critics, Trump’s failure to outright condemn the idea of shooting migrants amounted to a “tacit endorsement” of the sentiment. Many pointed out that such rhetoric was especially concerning in light of the fact that an armed militia group, the United Constitutional Patriots, had been searching the borderlands for undocumented migrants and detaining them against their will.”

If only Trump had said he would never use weapons on migrants, oh wait he did in the same rally right before the “shoot them” comment. It’s pretty black and white. The president didn’t say I wouldn’t but you should, he said We shouldn’t. This is more anti-Trump propaganda on WaPo’s part.
