Watch: Chairman Admits It’s ‘Personal’- Pursuing Trump Without Cause

Trump was practically attacked earlier this week by Rep. Jerrold Nadler. Nadler issued 81 document requests for people and entities related to the White House.

Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., said the requests issued to 81 individuals and entities would help the committee probe three main topics: obstruction of justice, including the potential interference by the president into criminal investigations; public corruption, including violations of the emoluments clause; and abuses of power, including attacks on the free press, the judiciary and law enforcement agencies.

Each topic could form the basis of an impeachment effort of Trump by the Democratic-controlled House, though Nadler and committee aides stress that they begin their inquiry without that specifically in mind.”

So what brought about this sudden inquisition into Trump. Well turns out Nadler might as well have said he had a hunch. He revealed his reasoning during an interview on CNN.

“Ok, so now you’re not sure he’s obstructed justice?” CNN’s Erin Burnett asked Nadler Monday night.

“Personally I think he has but we have to look and see,” Nadler said. “If we are going to do anything we have to have proof. I think there is a lot of evidence but we have to get a lot more evidence.”

So that’s what this about you don’t have proof,” Burnett stated.

“That’s part of what this is about,” Nadler corrected her.

This just goes to show the level of desperation that the Dems are at. They couldn’t get Cohen to give them any Russian connection and with the Mueller case coming to a close, they are grasping at straws trying to find reasons to go after Trump. It seems like Hillary is not the only sore loser in the Democrat’s party.

The only saving grace is that the Dems are only the majority in the House. So even if they find a way to try and impeach Trump with their manipulation of facts, the Senate can still shut them down.
