Geez These Cuomos Just Can’t Keep Their Hands To Themselves: Fredo’s Fmr Boss Tells All

If Chris Cuomo was not CNN’s breadwinner he would have likely been kicked to the curb by now. He was covering for his brother when it came to all of the deaths the former governor caused by putting covid patients in nursing homes, and really it was just biased reporting. But what do you expect from CNN, that’s everything they broadcast. But now there are reports that Cuomo is just like his brother.  Fredo’s former boss Shelley Ross claims he groped her right in front of her husband. Ross went over the story with Megyn Kelly.

“What goes through your head as this guy has the nerve to squeeze your ass?” talk show host, Megyn Kelly, asked.

Ross responded, “It was belittling. It was clearly a power trip, to make me feel — you know, you’re no longer my boss. I can do anything I want with you. … Something in his head said he couldn’t do that back when I was his boss, maybe he thought I would fire him or something, but it was meant to diminish [me].”

Ross continued, saying that the purported behavior felt “overpowering” and she “certainly didn’t like it.” She also added that Cuomo’s “arrogant frat boy personality” was extremely off-putting.

Kelly agreed, arguing, “A normal man doesn’t behave like this at the office.”

“I was at the party with my husband, who sat behind me on an ottoman sipping his Diet Coke as I spoke with work friends,” Ross recalled in a September op-ed published in the New York Times.

“When Mr. Cuomo entered the Upper West Side bar, he walked toward me and greeted me with a strong bear hug while lowering one hand to firmly grab and squeeze the cheek of my buttock.”

Ross said that Cuomo, acting with a “cocky arrogance,” boasted that he could do that now that she was no longer his superior.

“No, you can’t,” she reportedly fired back.

Cuomo Apologized claiming he was ashamed of what he did.

“Though my hearty greeting was a function of being glad to see you … Christian Slater got arrested for a (kind of) similar act (though borne of an alleged negative intent, unlike my own) … and as a husband, I can empathize with not liking to see my wife patted as such,” Cuomo reportedly added. “So pass along my apology to your very good and noble husband … and I apologize to you as well, for even putting you in that situation … next time, I will remember my lesson, no matter how happy I am to see you.”

This happened back in 2005 and Ross later found she was not the only one.

In a statement provided to The Times by CNN, Cuomo, 51, said: “As Shelley acknowledges, our interaction was not sexual in nature. It happened 16 years ago in a public setting when she was a top executive at ABC. I apologized to her then, and I meant it.”

But in her column, Ross questioned whether the lawyer turned TV personality was ashamed of what he did or just embarrassed because her husband saw it. She also questioned Cuomo’s on-air proclamations about caring “very deeply about these issues” involving sexual harassment and seeking truth.

“Mr. Cuomo may say this is a sincere apology. I’ve always seen it as an attempt to provide himself with legal and moral coverage to evade accountability,” she wrote.”

I don’t know where the husband was at the time, but he should have socked him once he found out.  Ross is likely right, Cuomo was covering his ass after he grabbed hers. It’s time for Libs to get rid of the other Cuomo brother already.
