NYC Mayor Demands More Money For Illegals: ‘This Is Unfair!’

The Biden administration has been failing to address the issue of illegal immigration, leaving cities like New York, El Paso, and many others to bear the brunt of the influx of migrants. This lack of action has meant that cities are being overwhelmed with migrants and public resources are being strained to their limits.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams recently visited El Paso to witness the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border first-hand, and he called it a “national crisis” that needs a “national solution”. However, Adams originally supported cities becoming asylum havens for illegals, failing to understand the implications of this action. Now he is demanding that the federal government and taxpayers step in and pick up the tab, which is estimated to cost the city up to $2 billion.

It’s outrageous that Adams and the Biden administration have allowed the issue of illegal immigration to reach such critical levels. Their lack of action is not only putting an enormous strain on public resources, but it’s also making it easier for criminals and terrorists to enter the country.

The situation is becoming increasingly dire and it’s time for the federal government to take swift action. We need stronger measures to combat illegal immigration, such as more stringent border security, better tracking of those who have overstayed their visas, and stricter penalties for those who break the law.

Watch

Every day that goes by without action is another day that cities like New York are being forced to bear the burden of illegal immigration. This is not only an economic drain but a risk to public safety. We can’t wait any longer for the federal government to act – the time for a solution is now.

That said, I don’t think the solution is to raise taxes to cover Biden’s illegal immigration problem. What we need is for lawmakers to return the focus on securing the US borders.
