Warmonger South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham received a hostile reception at a Trump rally in his home state Saturday when he took the podium to speak. The crowd quickly began to heckle him with cries of “traitor” for his past criticism and current support of the former president.
“I found common ground with President Trump,” Graham shared with the rowdy crowd. “It took a while to get there, folks, but let me tell you what happened. I’ve come to like President Trump and he likes himself, and we got that in common. I’m going to help him become president of the United States.”
It seemed that the crowd’s sentiment only grew more negative when the former president himself spoke on the senator. “You can make mistakes on occasion. Even Lindsey down here, we love Sen. Lindsey Graham. We’re going to love him,” Trump commented right before noting that the support in the crowd seemed to be “half and half”.
In 2016, Graham had voiced his strong opposition to Donald Trump’s campaign, likening the process to “destroying” the Republican party if they chose to elect him. Now though, Graham is a vocal ally to his bid for a second term, saying on CNN in April that “The reason I’m with President Trump is I thought he was a good president on the things that mattered the most. We had a secure border, we destroyed the caliphate, we had energy independence. I think he’s the right person to fix the problems that we face to undo all the damage by Biden.”

Humiliating
There are many reasons why they did, but #1 is due to his support of the War in Ukraine

It’s been a tumultuous road between Lindsey Graham and Donald Trump, and that’s something evidenced by the negative response Graham received at the rally. It doesn’t look like these two will be going anywhere for the foreseeable future though, as the senator’s loyalty to the former president endures no matter how scathingly he was heckled at the campaign event.
Graham is a spineless jellyfish, in my opinion, but I don’t think he’s going anywhere anytime soon.
