Florida Governor Ron DeSantis weighed in on the discovery of cocaine in the White House earlier this week during an interview with Tomi Lahren. He commented that “We do have to occasionally get slime out of the carpet and get marker off the wallpaper. But that’s the extent of our adventures at the governor’s mansion.” Clearly, we should not expect anything like this to occur in DeSantis’ own house.
Former President Donald Trump, however, responded to this incident in a far less subtle way. In a social media post, he inquired whether the cocaine was found in the White House for anyone other than the “Hunter & Joe Biden”. He then proceeded to suggest that the “Fake News Media” may brush over the story, asserting “they will soon start saying that the amount found was ‘very small,’ & it wasn’t really COCAINE, but rather common ground up Aspirin, & the story will vanish”.
Trump concluded his post with the question “Has Deranged Jack Smith, the crazy, Trump hating Special Prosecutor, been seen in the area of the COCAINE?” Trump seemed to be implying that Smith, who is in the process of running two Trump investigations, was involved in the cocaine scandal.

The Biden crime family is far from unfamiliar with scandals such as this. Just weeks ago, the president’s son Hunter was granted immunity by the Department of Justice for his involvement in a suspicious money laundering scheme. It is not far-fetched to think that the Biden’s are in some way involved in this cocaine scandal at the White House.
Though the Biden camp has not made a statement on the cocaine, DeSantis seemed incredulous when asked about the incident. He commented: “I’ve long believed, I think a lot of us have believed that the Biden administration has been blowing it on a lot of fronts. But I guess it’s a little bit more literal than even I had thought.”

It is imperative that the Biden administration provide an explanation as to why cocaine was present and found in the White House. If indeed a family member or any associated individual has had involvement in this incident, serious repercussions must be faced. This scandal further illustrates the need for accountability and transparency from the Biden administration.
