Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris told a horrendous lie about Florida’s educational reforms in an attempt to deceive the American public. Harris took an airplane to Jacksonville to maliciously spread the disgusting falsehood that Florida was teaching that slavery had some good aspects and provided benefits to those enslaved.
CNN’s Scott Jennings spoke up during Sunday’s edition of State of the Union to express his outrage at this malignant fabrication. He pointed out that Harris had taken “something from Twitter and [was] on an airplane the next day to make something literally out of nothing.” Richard C.W. Cooke of National Review performed an analysis of Florida’s educational curriculum, which made it clear that the Vice President had lied about the matter. The overly eagerness with which Harris had latched onto the issue only highlighted the immorality of her actions and served as a reminder of how little regard the Biden administration has for the truth.
Jennings finished his take on the matter by noting that everyone from scholars to politicians have spoken out to say that the issue is completely made-up. Still, Harris threw ethical concerns to the wind in order to pronounce her false narrative. Her willingness to do such a despicable thing shows just how callous the regime is and how important it is to call out those who lie without pause.
It is utterly unacceptable for elected officials to fabricate stories about educational reforms in order to push an agenda. Kamala Harris must be held accountable for her false and damaging statements and should not be allowed to get away with this kind of behavior. It is up to the people of the United States to make sure that this liar and her administration face consequences for their lies and manipulation.

SCOTT JENNINGS: Well, it’s amazing to me that how little Kamala Harris has to do that she can read something on Twitter one day and be on an airplane the next to make something literally out of nothing. This is a completely made-up deal. I looked at the standards, I even looked at an analysis of the standards, in every instance where the word slavery or slave was used. I even read the statement of the African American scholars that wrote the standards. Not Ron DeSantis, but the scholars. Everybody involved in this says this is completely a fabricated issue and yet look at how quickly Kamala Harris jumped on it. So the fact that this is her best moment, a fabrication matter, is pretty ridiculous.
