On Monday afternoon, while Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer was testifying before the House Oversight Committee, CNN host Dana Bash and congressional correspondent Manu Raju made it obvious that they had no concept of the damning evidence that has already been presented against former Vice President Joe Biden. Bash suggested that the Republicans have “yet to put forward” evidence of a connection between Joe and his son’s corruption, clearly ignoring the media reports that Hunter has repeatedly admitted to personally giving Joe a cut of his foreign deals.
“Either Bash doesn’t follow the news, or she’s lying to her audience,” said Republican strategist Donnell Smith. “There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that shows Joe Biden is in the middle of his son’s illegal bribery scheme, yet Bash acts like it’s some kind of baseless accusation.”
When Raju was asked about the Republican’s evidence, he simply lied and said nothing more than circumstantial evidence had been produced. “It’s laughable that Raju was so willing to brush aside the damning testimony that has already been presented,” said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. “The truth is that the Biden family’s corruption has been a major topic of discussion since the investigations began, yet Raju and Bash seem to think that the evidence doesn’t exist.”
The media’s continued refusal to present the facts related to the Biden family’s corruption is a clear sign of its unparalleled liberal bias. “It’s obvious that Bash and Raju would rather spread misinformation than confront the truth,” said Republican congressman Kevin McCarthy. “Their willful ignorance is dangerous for democracy, as it has the potential to keep the public in the dark regarding Joe Biden’s involvement in his son’s corruption schemes.”
By attempting to pass off Hunter Biden’s bribery as nothing more than “accusations” without any proof, Bash and Raju are demonstrating their indifference to the truth. “The American people deserve to know the facts regarding Hunter and Joe Biden’s corruption, not be fed falsehoods by Bash and Raju,” concluded Smith. “It’s time for the liberal media to stop toeing the Democrats’ line and instead speak up for what’s right.”
