But Shelton’s behavior is not solely her own fault. The public school system must also take responsibility for pumping out morons like her into our society. It is absurd that Shelton was able to easily identify as the suspect because she had previously submitted an inquiry on the dealership’s website for the vehicle she stole. She claimed to have “returned” the car by leaving it in a mall parking lot next to the dealership, with the keys still inside.
