SCOTUS Goes Rogue, Hands Biden A Huge Win Ahead Of 2024- Free Speech In DANGER Again!

The power struggle between the Biden administration, Big Tech, and conservative voices has reached new heights as Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito temporarily halted a lower court order that restricted Biden officials from coordinating with social media companies. This pause allows the Biden administration to resume censoring conservative voices, setting a dangerous precedent for the 2024 election.

It seems like SCOTUS was offering Biden the option to resume censorship to protect US relations with Israel but do you seriously believe THAT’S ALL Biden will do with the power? Hell no. Not with 2024 on the line and his numbers in the dump.

You can disagree with me all you want, I have history on my side.

Alito’s decision came after the Justice Department filed an emergency request to block an earlier injunction that would have prevented government officials from flagging what they deem as “misinformation” on social media platforms. This request, granted by Alito, delays the lower court’s order until after September 22nd, giving the Biden administration a window to further suppress dissenting viewpoints.

In their filing, the Justice Department argued that the injunction would cause “grave and irreparable harms on the government and the public.” This statement is concerning as it reveals the administration’s willingness to silence opposing voices, even if it means violating the First Amendment. And the consequences of this injunction would be far-reaching, as it would limit the ability of senior White House officials, the CDC, FBI, and other government agencies to speak freely on policy matters.

The government’s actions in this case are indicative of a larger issue – the Biden administration’s tendency to pressure social media companies into censoring content they disagree with. This has been a pervasive issue during the COVID-19 pandemic, where both the Trump and Biden administrations have worked closely with Big Tech to remove information they deem as “false” or “misleading.” This censorship has raised serious concerns about the suppression of free speech and the manipulation of public discourse.

Last week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled unanimously against the Biden administration, calling their actions a violation of the First Amendment. The court specifically noted that the administration cannot “coerce” platforms into removing content and that their actions “significantly encouraged” these platforms to make censorship decisions. Despite this ruling, the Justice Department is refusing to back down and is seeking to appeal the decision.

This case, brought forth by states like Missouri and Louisiana, conservative website owners, and individuals who oppose the administration’s COVID-19 policies, highlights the disturbing collusion between the government and Big Tech to silence dissenting voices. And although the court’s decision was a victory for free speech, it’s clear that this battle is far from over. The Biden administration and Big Tech giants will stop at nothing to control the narratives and silence those who dare to challenge their agenda.
