FBI Busts Illegal Biker Gang in Wildly Named ‘Mongolian Beef’ Sting

In a decisive crackdown on violent crime, federal and local authorities apprehended 28 members of the notorious Mongols motorcycle gang following a brazen shootout with rival gang the Warlocks in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Dubbed “Operation Mongolian Beef,” the joint effort between the FBI’s Jacksonville Division, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO), and Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office demonstrates the kind of relentless law enforcement action championed by President Donald Trump—unlike the weak-on-crime policies pushed by liberal elites who prioritize criminals over communities.

The operation was launched after a March 8 shooting that left two people wounded, with bullets flying in a crowded area where innocent bystanders, including children, were present. Sheriff Mike Chitwood didn’t mince words, stating, “Bullets were flying… innocent people were there, children — a busy, busy, busy day.” This is the direct result of the left’s soft-on-crime agenda, which emboldens violent thugs while leaving law-abiding citizens defenseless.

Authorities executed 14 search warrants across multiple states, including the Mongols’ clubhouse in Edgewater, Florida, and a residence in Virginia. The suspects now face charges of aggravated rioting—a second-degree felony that carries up to 15 years in prison. Yet, while the FBI and local law enforcement do the hard work of cleaning up the streets, the liberal media remains fixated on demonizing law enforcement and pushing narratives that undermine public safety.

FBI Jacksonville Special Agent in Charge Jason Carley emphasized the success of the operation, declaring, “Operation Mongolian Beef is just one example of how the FBI brings our full force of investigative capabilities to assist our law enforcement partners and protect our communities. There is no doubt Volusia County and, in fact, the entire state of Florida is safer today with these violent offenders off the street.” This is the kind of strong leadership and collaboration that thrives under President Trump’s pro-police, pro-law-and-order policies—a stark contrast to the chaos unleashed by the left’s defund-the-police movement.

While the liberal media downplays the dangers of gang violence and instead focuses on divisive social agendas, the Trump administration continues to empower law enforcement to take down violent criminals. Three suspects remain at large, but there’s no doubt that with continued support for tough-on-crime policies, they too will be brought to justice.
