Trump Reveals His Instructions If Iran Assassinates Him: ‘Bomb Them’

Trump Says Iran Knows What Happens If Assassins Ever Reach Him

President Trump says he has already made it clear what should happen if Iran ever succeeds in an assassination plot against him.

The comments came after reports that Israeli intelligence had warned U.S. officials about a new alleged Iranian plot targeting Trump. According to the Wall Street Journal, Israeli officials recently shared information with the United States about a specific threat. The details have not been made public, and the report said U.S. agencies had not previously identified the same intelligence on their own.

Trump, speaking in an exclusive interview with The New York Post, said the threat from Iran is nothing new to him.

“I’ve been on their list for a long time. That’s what we’re dealing with,” Trump said. “The only thing is, I’ve left instructions — if anything happens, to just literally bomb them at levels that they’ve never seen before.”

That is about as direct as it gets. Trump is saying Iran should understand the price would be enormous if its regime-backed terrorists ever carried out an attack on him.

Trump also pushed back on the idea that Israel had uncovered something completely new.

“No, no. Israel came up with nothing. No, no,” he told the Post. “I’ve been No. 1 (on Iran’s kill list) for a long time, and it’s the way life is, you know.”

Iran’s hostility toward Trump goes back years. The regime has reportedly wanted revenge since 2020, when Trump ordered the strike that killed Qasem Soleimani, the powerful Iranian military commander tied to deadly operations across the Middle East.

The latest assassination concerns come during a dangerous stretch between the United States and Iran. According to the source report, the fragile ceasefire between the two countries has collapsed.

Iran reportedly targeted several ships in the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday. The U.S. then answered with strikes against more than 80 targets inside Iran. Iran later launched strikes against U.S. military sites in Bahrain and Kuwait on Wednesday.

Trump said he was done trying to keep the ceasefire alive after Iran’s retaliation.

“To me, I think it’s over,” Trump told reporters. “I don’t want to deal with them anymore. They’re scum.”

He added, “They’re sick people. They’re led by sick people, and they’re vicious, violent people… As far as I’m concerned, it’s just a waste of time dealing with them. They’re liars.”

The message from Trump is blunt: Iran has threatened him for years, and he says there is already a plan in place if the regime ever crosses that line.
