Someone at the White House forgot to proof Biden’s tweets again. The delusional Democrat shared a simplified chart that showed fuel costs vs profits. Biden felt that the chart showed clear price gouging, but everyone who saw his post got the same impression. The chart shows private companies sticking close to cost which only proved that Biden is problem.
“When the cost oil comes down,” Biden scolded, “we should see the price at the pump come down as well. That’s how it should work. But right now, refiners and retailers are making record profits at the expense of the vast majority of Americans. It’s unacceptable.” Biden then attached a chart to back up his claim that the two have become somehow de-linked and therefore proves his price-gouging accusations.
Biden is now hoping to purchase oil from the Saudis at $72 a barrel when just two years ago Trump made the same deal at $20 a barrel but Democrats blocked the purchase.
It’s simple: When the cost of oil comes down, we should see the price at the pump come down as well. That’s how it should work.

Conservative commentator Matt Whitlock ripped into Biden saying, “Another one to file under “White House digital team not understanding charts.” Unless they’re *trying* to show that refiners and retailers are actually tracking really closely with the price of crude oil and everything is still Joe Biden’s fault.”

Biden announced the release of another 15 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Wednesday — before denying that it’s a desperate ploy to drive down gas prices temporarily right before next month’s midterm elections.
“What is your response to Republicans who say you are only doing this SPR release to help Democrats in the midterms?” a reporter asked Biden at the White House.
The president initially tried to brush off the inquiry, saying: “Where have they been in the last four months? That’s my response.”
It’s unclear why Biden said “four months” — as he first ordered oil released from the reserve nearly seven months ago.
Another journalist pressed, “Is it politically motivated, sir? It’s three weeks before the midterms.”
“Look, it makes sense,” Biden said.
“I’ve been doing this for how long now? It’s not politically motivated at all,” he added. “It’s motivated to make sure that I continue to push on what I’ve been pushing on.”
“The problem is these guys are asleep,” Biden went on, in an apparent reference to oil companies. “I don’t know where they’ve been. And they seem — you know, the price at the pump should reflect what the price of a barrel of oil costs.”
