Brave Grieving Mom Takes Fight to Biden Administration, Files Lawsuit- Watch Her Testimony

Tammy Nobles, a Maryland woman whose daughter was killed by an illegal immigrant, has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for its failure to enforce border security laws. Nobles argues that the open border policies of the federal government resulted in the death of her autistic daughter, Kayla Hamilton, at the hands of an MS-13 gang member.

According to Nobles, her daughter was attacked and killed in the city of Aberdeen, Maryland by a 16-year-old illegal immigrant from El Salvador. The teen, who displayed allegiance to the violent gang through his tattoos, was able to enter the country through the open southern border. This was despite the fact that he should have been disqualified from entering due to his gang affiliation and criminal history.

Nobles delivered emotional testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee on Thursday, remembering her daughter and describing her final moments. She expressed her anger and frustration at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees who failed to properly screen the killer. She argued that a simple inspection of his body or a phone call to the El Salvador government would have revealed his gang ties and prevented him from entering the country.

The DHS has not commented specifically on the case, but it is clear that their negligence contributed to Hamilton’s death. However, there is little hope that the Biden administration will be moved by this tragedy, as they continue to fight against efforts to secure the border, such as the recent Supreme Court decision preventing Texas from using razor wire to protect its border.

Despite this, Nobles is holding the administration accountable by targeting the DHS and the Department of Health and Human Services in her lawsuit. She believes that these agencies have fundamentally failed in their duty to protect American citizens from the dangers of an unsecured border.

Kayla Hamilton’s death is just one example of the consequences of the Biden administration’s dangerous policies. Not only have they allowed violent criminals like her killer to enter the country, but they have also contributed to the death of many more due to the influx of fentanyl and other drugs through the southern border.

Watch

While President Biden may be immune from being sued, Nobles is seeking justice for her daughter and holding the government agencies responsible for their role in her death. It is time for the American people to hold their elected leaders accountable for their failure to secure and protect the nation’s borders.
