BREAKING: Oversight Committee Unveils FBI Contempt Resolution

The House Oversight and Government Accountability Committee (HCOGA) has revealed a resolution holding FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress in the run-up to a scheduled Thursday hearing.

Chairman James Comer of Kentucky declared: “To date, the FBI has refused to comply with our lawfully issued subpoena and even refused to admit the record’s existence up until a week ago.” This pertains to the unclassified FD-1023 document that Comer and committee ranking member Jamie Raskin (Maryland) explicitly inspected at FBI HQ on Monday. This document includes a source’s accounts of alleged bribery by former Vice President Joe Biden.

The OC is slated to take a vote on the contempt resolution at the Thursday hearing against Wray. This resolution is predicted to pass.

OC Republicans are doing their research to analyze whether the Biden family’s domestic and international business deals are compromising the U.S. national security and President Biden’s impartial authority in decision-making. There are serious concerns of Biden family members making money from the highest levels of government to benefit themselves, without benefit for U.S. interests. The investigation has a main focus of following the money trail of multiple major transactions, worth millions, and to bring transparency to this issue and the Biden family.

The main evidence so far is Joe Biden’s reported false statements regarding his involvement in his family’s practices. Overall, the Biden family’s current business model is dependent on Biden’s own political career and connections as “chairman of the board.”

With the new OC Republican majority, Chairman Comer is driven for answers to introduce legislative solutions that will prevent this abuse of power: “If President Biden is compromised by deals with foreign adversaries and they are impacting his decision making, this is a threat to national security. The American people deserve transparency and accountability about the Biden family’s influence peddling.”
