It’s no secret that Joe Biden is a vocal advocate for the rights of children and has long preached about how we should treat all children as our own and how there is “no such thing as someone else’s child”. Unfortunately, a recent event at the White House has shown that Biden is willing to ignore his own advice and sweep the existence of his seventh grandchild under the rug.
During an event for “Take Your Child to Work Day”, Biden was asked a question by one of the children and responded by saying that he has six grandchildren. He went on to name each grandchild, starting with his oldest and ending with his youngest, three-year-old Beau, who was named after his late son. What the President failed to mention is that he has a seventh grandchild – four-year-old Navy, who is the daughter of his son Hunter Biden and former stripper Lunden Roberts.
Navy lives in Arkansas with her mother and has been embroiled in a legal battle with Hunter over paternity payments. This isn’t the first time Hunter has been in the spotlight for his questionable behavior, and it’s clear that Biden is trying to avoid taking responsibility for his son’s actions. Not only does this show a lack of accountability and empathy on his part, but it also goes against everything he has said about treating all children equally and with respect.
It’s heartbreaking to see Biden turn a blind eye to his seventh grandchild and instead focus on his other six grandchildren. Not only is this a hypocritical move, but it’s also a damaging message to the millions of young people who look up to him. It’s essential that Biden takes responsibility for his son’s actions and shows that all children deserve the same love and respect.

It’s a shame that Biden chose to ignore his seventh grandchild and sweep it under the rug, but it’s not too late for him to make things right. We can only hope that in the future, Biden will be more transparent and honest about his family and demonstrate the same empathy and respect he preaches to others.
