Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has expressed his outrage at the Biden administration over an incident that took place last weekend at the White House Pride event. The event, which involved hanging the pride flag alongside the American Flag, came under fire after a transgender influencer, Rose Montoya, stripped down to their fake breasts in front of a crowd of onlookers and cameras.
DeSantis criticized the Decision, labeling the conduct “totally inappropriate.” He further expressed concern that this kind of LGBTQ behavior was being taught in classrooms, and cited Florida legislation aiming to restrict gender ideology in the classroom as an example of how to manage the issue.
The White House responded to the controversial incident by issuing a statement on Tuesday revealing that they found the behavior “unacceptable” and that the individuals involved would not be invited to future events.
Despite criticism from Democrats, DeSantis believes that lessons should be taken from what has happened at the White House to inform how gender issues are handled in public and educational settings.
The governor made it clear that respect must be given to the American flag, and that it should not be overshadowed by any other flag, whether it be a pride flag or any other symbol. It is his belief that the White House should also be setting an example, making such incendiary behavior completely unheard of on governmental property.
DeSantis further reminded the public that the Florida legislation should not be mistaken for a ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill, as the words don’t appear in the text of the bill. Rather, it is intended to limit extreme LGBTQ ideologies from being taught in the classroom, specifically among children in K-3 grades. He believes that the same rules should apply in the White House and everyone should adhere to the same expectations.
DeSantis responds to a reporter's question about Biden's Pride party: “This transgender flashing people nude…I think even the White House had to acknowledge it was inappropriate.
“But I would ask them: If it’s inappropriate to do that at the White House — which I certainly… pic.twitter.com/GNsvgzNV4K

DeSantis is calling on the Biden administration to understand the importance of respecting the American flag and the boundaries of appropriate behavior that come with being in one of the highest office in the US. He is also urging the administration to take responsibility for setting a positive example to the rest of the nation—But I don’t think he should bother holding his breath!
