Expert Warns, Harris Is About To Make A FATAL Mistake At DNC

During a CNN panel discussion on “The Chris Wallace Show,” panelist Jamelle Bouie criticized the Democratic Party for relying on celebrity appearances at the upcoming Democratic National Convention (DNC). According to Bouie, featuring famous singers such as Taylor Swift or Beyoncé would be a “mistake” and would go against the message of normalcy and “regular people” that the Biden-Harris ticket is trying to convey.

Bouie pointed to the recent selection of Democratic Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as Kamala Harris’ running mate as further evidence of the party’s push for normalcy. Walz had previously attacked President Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance as “weird,” and Bouie argued that this message should be highlighted at the convention by featuring ordinary Americans rather than celebrities.

Harris has been known to bring out celebrities at her rallies, such as rapper Meghan Thee Stallion and indie folk band Bon Iver. She has also branded her campaign headquarters account on X with the neon green aesthetic of pop sensation Charli XCX’s latest album, “brat.”

However, relying on celebrity appearances may not be the best strategy for the Democrats. In fact, it could potentially backfire and hurt their chances of winning the election.

President Trump has consistently criticized the Democrats for being out of touch with ordinary Americans and for catering to elite celebrities. By featuring famous singers and artists at their convention, the Democrats are only reinforcing this image and alienating working-class voters.

Furthermore, Trump has always embraced his own brand of normalcy and has proudly championed himself as a “regular guy.” This has helped him connect with voters and win over many who are tired of the political establishment.

Watch

In contrast, Biden and Harris have a long history of being politicians and insiders, making it difficult for them to connect with everyday Americans. And by relying on celebrities, they only distance themselves further from the average voter.

In addition, the Democrats’ use of popular culture to promote their candidates may also turn off some voters who are tired of the constant politicization of entertainment. Many Americans are tired of having political viewpoints forced down their throats, and the DNC’s reliance on celebrities may only exacerbate this sentiment.

Ultimately, it is important for the Democrats to focus on their message of normalcy and regular people at the convention, rather than trying to cash in on the popularity of celebrities. By doing so, they may be able to garner more support from working-class Americans and have a better chance at winning the election. As President Trump has shown, embracing a more relatable and down-to-earth approach may ultimately be the key to success in politics.
