Former FBI Agent Calls for Domestic Terror Laws Targeting Gender Ideology Critics

A former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) official urged the need for new laws to discipline those who criticize gender ideologies during an interview on MSNBC, citing a study by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

“Does the legal system have the resources to differentiate between perceived free political speech target against the transgender community from podiums, televised questioning, and meetings and the language and activities which endanger those in the LGBTQ+ community, specifically the children?” asked MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace.

According to Frank Figliuzzi, a retired senior agent of the FBI and MSNBC analyst, we must have laws that will afford the government the power to prevent violence by classifying particular acts as domestic terrorism. “I have said this many times already and I shall reiterate it yet again, the US has still not legislated a law which defines ‘domestic terrorism’. That leads to a power deficit in the law enforcement structures that prevent them from staving off possible forms of aggression,” Figliuzzi affirmed.

The Department of Justice was severely criticized for its alleged persecution of parents who spoke up during schoolboard meetings. The SPLC even went so far as to incorporate parental rights associations in an internet-hosted ‘hate map,’ as reported by the Daily Signal.

As Figliuzzi expressed his commendation of the SPLC for their groundbreaking report, he avowed “the overall takeaway is that hatred is becoming even more deeply entrenched and has spread to local communities. As it gets more and more localized, it becomes more and more socially accepted.”

Among the hate groups which the SPLC listed, Parents Defending Education, Moms for Liberty, and Parental Rights in Education included. Therefore, the president of Parents Defending Education, Nicki Neily, tweeted: “This is disgraceful. We at @DefendingEd have fought against government-sponsored segregation in schools. Extreme and hateful indeed.”

It’s an insane concept and unfortunately, we already see this current administration supporting similar initiatives. Biden recently used an anti-terrorist law formed to target radical Islamic terrorists to fund his anti-American projects. I just wrote about this one, but essentially the Biden White House has spent billions to target opposing opinions and organizations including Christian groups.
