Colin Kaepernick spent how many years tearing down the NFL? I mean, he even compared the National Football League to ‘slave traders’ in a Netflix documentary. So why in the hell was he just begging them for work?
This just doesn’t sit right with me. Would he even take a job if it was offered? Why would he when he can just live off of grifting BLM for the dough?
“For the past 5 years I’ve been working out and staying ready in case an opportunity to play presented itself. I’m really grateful to my trainer, who I’ve been throwing to all this time. But man, do I miss throwing to professional route runners. Who’s working?? I will pull up,” he tweeted on Sunday.

Kaepernick’s supporters, of course, gushed all over the former player and argued that he ‘deserves’ another chance but there were plenty of people calling Kaepernick out:
Delano Squires added, “Why would you be fighting so hard to get back into a league you claim is run like a plantation, @Kaepernick7? Do you really prefer the NFL’s oppression to the freedom you have to promote prison abolition as an activist?”
“The irony of wanting to go back to the plantation is crazy,” Barrington Martin II agreed.
“I don’t know why anybody would be reluctant to hire you after you did a Netflix show accusing them of slavery,” Jim Treacher (@jtlol) tweeted in response.
Packers Chat Network who slammed Kaepernick for being a terrible player: “I may not be in the majority here with my take on this but there is a reason that no one is calling and it has nothing to do with politics and has everything to do with his play and his in ability as a quarterback down the stretch before the whole kneeling thing happened.”
