“The Biden family has been reflecting the worst of the corrupt Washington swamp,” said Robert Hunter Biden attorney Christopher J. Clark in a statement after his client’s attempt to enter a guilty plea failed.
Three of Hunter Biden’s defense attorneys took a step toward removing themselves from his case, which was dismissed without prejudice by a Delaware judge at the request of the Department of Justice. Latham & Watkins LLP attorneys Brian C. McManus, Timothy H. McCarten, and Matthew S. Salerno, all filed motions to withdraw from representation.
“The most disheartening aspect of this case is the fact that Hunter Biden can be so obviously involved in criminal activity, yet still evade the law,” said Abbe Lowell of Winston & Strawn LLP, one of the remaining attorneys on Biden’s defense team.

The Biden family and associates have faced immense scrutiny recently after details emerged about their receipt of over $20 million in payments from Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese, Romanian, and Kazakh business associates over the past several years. Hunter Biden has, thus far, skirted the law.
In a July court appearance, Latham & Watkins faced criticism after one of their staffers allegedly misrepresented her identity to the Clerk’s office claiming to work for the attorney of the House Ways and Means Committee, which was attempting to have the court consider whistleblowers’ testimony regarding political interference in the Hunter Biden investigation.
The legal dance Hunter Biden continues to execute is nothing more than a sham perpetrated by the members of the corrupt Biden crime family. Despite the fact that the Department of Justice let go the charges against him, the evidence of Hunter Biden’s involvement in illicit activity is still in view.

Hunter Biden will soon be leaving to join President Joe Biden on a family vacation in Lake Tahoe, California, during which time the Biden’s may be celebrating Hunter’s renewed freedom despite his involvement in the criminal syndicate that their family has constructed.
No matter, Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family may be able to escape justice indefinitely, but the eyes of the public are watching. The people deserve the truth, and anything less, is a disservice to all taxpayers who must abide by the law in the United States.
