Libs Launch War Room Against Trump’s “Make America Healthy Again” Pledge

President-elect Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he has nominated Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the next secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). In a tweet, Trump wrote, “I am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as The United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).” This announcement has caused outrage among left-leaning media and organizations, who have launched a “Stop RFK War Room” to try and prevent his confirmation by the U.S. Senate.

The war room, launched by the tax-exempt organization Protect Our Care, has organized hundreds of representatives from dozens of Democratic-aligned healthcare advocacy groups in an attempt to sway Republicans to vote against Kennedy. The group’s executive director, Brad Woodhouse, stated during a recent call, “We’re nowhere near conceding he’s going to be the next HHS secretary.”

Woodhouse went on to criticize Kennedy’s views on cutting funding for government agencies like the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration, saying, “Just because Hannibal Lecter has a couple good ideas on something, doesn’t mean I want to invite Hannibal Lecter to dinner.” This comparison to a fictional cannibal is not only ridiculous, but it also shows the desperate measures that Protect Our Care is willing to take in order to block Kennedy’s nomination.

But the organization’s efforts don’t stop there. They have also launched grassroots campaigns in various states, targeting senators on the local and state levels to oppose Kennedy’s nomination. This blatant interference in the nomination process is a sign of the left’s fear and desperation as they try to maintain control over the health care system.

Kennedy’s nomination has been praised by Trump supporters, who see it as a major shift in the GOP’s priorities. In his tweet, Trump also expressed the need to address the deception and misinformation from the “industrial food complex and drug companies” that have plagued public health. This aligns with his promise to “Make America Healthy Again” and shows his commitment to tackle issues within the healthcare industry.

Watch

The liberal media’s reaction to Kennedy’s nomination is predictable. Instead of objectively evaluating his qualifications and ideas, they have resorted to using fear tactics and ludicrous comparisons in an attempt to sway public opinion. But the American people have spoken and have chosen Donald Trump as their president, and it’s time for the liberal media to accept the results instead of constantly trying to undermine his decisions.
