The MSM’s bias was on full display under Trump Administration. They were constantly attacking Trump and his supporters. But now that he is gone they are struggling to keep the lights on, with some reports claiming they lost nearly half of their audience after Trump left. Comedian Bill Burr hates CNN, he doesn’t watch it, but his mother-in-law does. He saw a clip from the biased network and was shocked to see that CNN was still going after Trump. He ranted and came up with a theory about CNN on his podcast “Bill’s Monday Morning Podcast.”
“She always puts on CNN. And do you know what those f–king morons are doing? Do you know what those f–king morons are doing?! They’re f–king talking about Trump,” Burr claimed.
“It’s like, do you think these people give a f–k who’s president? They want Darth Vader to come back. They want him to come back. Because they had nothing to talk about, because it’s show business, and Joe Biden is a f–king bore.”
“They can’t bitch about [Biden] because he’s wearing a blue tie”
“So now what do they do? They’re going out there, they’re doing what they did the first time to get this guy [Trump] elected by giving him all this free coverage while they act like they allegedly don’t like him. I don’t buy it. I don’t buy it. They are a corporate news channel.”
And Burr has a point.
“CNN has hemorrhaged viewers since Trump left office, with second-quarter primetime viewership down 68 percent year to year – the most of any cable news network – according to Nielsen data.
The Washington Times reported earlier this year that CNN lost 45 percent of its prime-time audience in the five weeks after Trump left office.”
Bill Burr is not a fan of Trump, but he raises a good point, CNN is likely hoping for Trump to come back. They need him back, they lost almost half of their audience when he left office. And the crazy thing is they were actively campaigning against him and now they are lost without him.
