Michelle Obama’s latest podcast venture, “IMO”, produced by the Obamas’ media company Higher Ground, is proving to be yet another flop—and for good reason. Instead of offering meaningful content, the former First Lady spends her time whining about her life in the White House, taking cheap shots at her husband, and playing the victim as a “poor, oppressed” Black woman—all while living a life of extreme luxury most Americans can only dream of.
In her most recent episode, Michelle lamented, “We don’t articulate, as Black women, our pain, because it’s almost like nobody gave us permission to do that.” Her brother, chiming in, added to the pity party, reinforcing the narrative that Black women are somehow perpetually victimized. But let’s not forget—this is the same Michelle Obama who was recently spotted carrying a $4,000 Bottega Veneta handbag and jets around the world on private planes while preaching about “systemic oppression.”

Last week, Michelle and her guest took aim at so-called “toxic masculinity,” another tired liberal talking point designed to demonize traditional gender roles. Meanwhile, under President Donald Trump, America saw record-low unemployment for Black Americans, historic criminal justice reform, and an economy that empowered all Americans—regardless of race or gender. But Michelle and the liberal media would rather push divisive narratives than acknowledge these successes.
In another episode, Michelle complained about Barack Obama’s bathroom habits, saying her “biggest pet peeve” was that he would delay their departure by using the restroom before events. How out of touch can you be? While hardworking Americans struggle with inflation, crime, and a broken border under the Biden administration, Michelle’s biggest worry is her husband’s bathroom schedule.

The liberal media continues to prop up these tone-deaf elites while ignoring the real issues facing everyday Americans. President Trump, on the other hand, has consistently put America First, delivering results instead of empty rhetoric. While Michelle whines on her failing podcast, Trump is fighting to restore American greatness—something the left will never understand.
