Nets Bring Out ‘The Big Guns’, Incite Fear Over SCOTUS Rulings

Here’s the thing: the courts will not always rule in your favor. Politicians are going to write laws you don’t agree with. Here in America, our forefathers established a way of dealing with that—vote. The left would much rather terrorize liberal voters and incite hate. Just look at how they doxxed the Supreme Court Justice’s addresses without consequence.

Prior to Friday’s SCOTUS ruling that overturned Roe V Wade, the Courts NY Gun ban and complicated application process. Of course the nets teamed up to demonize the Justices.

After playing a clip of New York Gov. Kathy Hochul blasting the Court’s decision, host Chris Jansing asked former New York and federal prosecutor Tali Farhadian Weinstein “when aren’t we dealing with a mass shooting? They happen week after week, day after day. You worked in law enforcement in New York. What do you think the real world implications are of this from that perspective?”

The crew pulled in the opinion of a former police officer, Frak Figliuzzi who said, “As someone who has carried a badge and a gun for 25 years, I—I– get very concerned about anything that may result in more guns being on the street without state oversight. So it’s great news that background investigations can continue, and they should. But the end result here, and the irony here is that the very people in the state of New York who say, “I—I– have a threat against me” or “I’m a small business owner and I carry a lot of cash,” those people may ultimately be more – excuse me, be less safe today because there’s going to be more guns on the street.”

Figliuzzi went on to basically claim that there will be guns everywhere, even in placed that have strict anti-carry policies like churches.

Of course, not anti-gun ran would be complete without David Hogg. Jansing brought him on by asking if he believed children were going to die because of the courts’ ruling:

“I…I…I do believe that that’s true. The unfortunate reality is here that this is the product, again, of a 50 plus year chess game that conservatives and especially the gun industry has been playing through the organizations like the Federal Society, the Heritage Foundation, and a well-orchestrated effort, where essentially conservatives have been investing with time in the market with a well diverse set of assets like the Federalist Society and others.”

The courts ruled in favor of responsible gun owners and upheld background checks for potential gun owners but the MSNBC is spinning it like the courts will be handing guns out to any wacko who shows up.

“In this case, petitioners and respondents agree that ordinary, law-abiding citizens have a similar right to carry handguns publicly for their self-defense. We too agree, and now hold, consistent with Heller and McDonald, that the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home,” Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in the Court’s opinion, referencing two previous gun cases. “Because the State of New York issues public-carry licenses only when an applicant demonstrates a special need for self-defense, we conclude that the State’s licensing regime violates the Constitution.”

Watch

On The Nation, Elie Mystal told viewers that the Supreme Court is responsible for schoot shootings:  “it should prove to Democrats, I hope, that rational argument holds no sway anymore in the Supreme Court.”

He added that the only solution to defeat conservative jurisprudence is “going to be through overpowering them by expanding the court with liberal justices who can read a whole amendment without ignoring parts of it.”  He ended is mad rant by saying, “We suffer this violence because of six conservatives on the Supreme Court”:

The left continues to protest outside of Justice’s private home. Again, without consequences. Rhetoric like the above are dangerous and decisive. It’s infuriating when you realize that it’s just for views…
