I am used to seeing tons of whataboutisms but this is a different monster entirely. The leftwing media has taken to just flat-out lying. In an effort to defend Biden’s insane spending problem, they turned to blame Trump and the GOP. The show mocked and slammed voter for blaming Democrats which is just madness, really.
Stephanie Ruhle complained, “when you talk to the American people, they’ve been conditioned to believe it’s Democrats, they’re the ones who overspend, they are the ones who don’t know how to handle money, watch this. ”
On the show was a failed Democrat I almost forgot existed, Claire McCaskill, of course, chimed in on queue to blame former President Donald Trump:
“Under Donald Trump, we had record debt and deficits. I sat on the floor of the Senate, and watched Republicans vote, big spending bill after big spending bill. You know, I remember Mike Lee, who is in a race for his life out in Utah. I remember in 2010, the Tea Party, remember that? It was all about government spending. Well, Mike Lee, tomorrow would be a good day for you to stand up to government spending. Tomorrow would be a great day for you to say, “I’m not gonna put up with the government being overcharged by anyone.” And I will wait to see if he does that, I’m betting he won’t, because they only care about spending, when they’re the ones not doing it. ”
I have no doubt what is going on behind the scenes is that the media nuts are losing it because voters are not leaning toward the left. Democrats have banked on the fight for abortions to save the midterms after two years of Biden, but they’re sadly mistaken. Biden’s reach of destruction has motivated voters and turned many towards the GOP.
