‘Professionally Insulting’: Former WH Press Sec Slams Biden’s Pathetic Attempt To Answer Reporters

Former White House Press Secretary Dana Perino expressed her dismay at the way President Joe Biden’s staff manages his interactions with the media. She found it “professionally insulting” that they let the president take questions in a way that the American people, allies, and adversaries cannot hear him clearly. Perino, who served under President George W. Bush, also commented that allowing more access to the media would cut down on doubts about Biden’s mental capacity.

During a brief media gaggle on the South Lawn of the White House, Biden was asked if he had done “everything you can do with executive authority” to address the border crisis. His response was muddled and inaudible, but he claimed to have done “all he can do” and asked for more power. However, former Trump administration official Stephen Miller pointed out that Biden could easily reinstate former President Donald Trump’s successful border security policies, but he chooses not to because he is “leading the invasion.”

Trump implemented strict policies such as ending catch and release and implementing universal detention, which Biden has reversed since taking office. As a result, there has been a surge of illegal immigrants entering the country, with Texas Governor Greg Abbott calling it an “invasion.” This crisis could be solved by Biden simply restoring Trump’s policies, but he refuses to do so.

Miller questioned the White House press office, asking for an explanation of the Biden administration’s decisions regarding the border. This includes ending the “Remain in Mexico” policy and implementing catch and release. The lack of transparency and accountability in the administration’s decision-making has only added to the chaos at the southern border.

Unlike Trump, who frequently held news conferences and impromptu Q&A sessions with reporters, Biden is rarely made available to the media. This absence of transparency has raised questions about Biden’s fitness for office, as he often struggles with walking, speaking, and even knowing where he is. When there is a rare opportunity to question the president, reporters take it, even if the setting is not ideal for a serious discussion.

The border crisis has become so dire that the House is moving forward with the impeachment of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. However, grassroots Republicans see the bipartisan immigration legislation in the Senate as another attempt at amnesty, rather than a legitimate solution to the crisis.

I feel pretty inclined to agree with them. What do you guys think?
