As President Biden continues to dismantle Trump’s policies, he made a shocking decision to commute the sentences of 37 prisoners on federal death row, sparking outrage from the former President and his supporters.
In a recent post on Truth Social, Trump slammed Biden’s actions, noting that “when you hear the acts of each [prisoner], you won’t believe that he did this.” He also expressed sympathy for the victims’ families, who are “further devastated” by this decision.
But the reality is that these prisoners have been convicted of heinous crimes, including child rape and murder. One of them, Jorge Avila-Torrez, brutally killed two little girls after sexually assaulting them, and also murdered a young naval officer.
I am commuting the sentences of 37 individuals on federal death row to life sentences without the possibility of parole.

Additionally, Biden commuted the sentence of a man who raped and murdered a young mother and her baby, further showing his disregard for the safety and well-being of American families and children.
But this decision may not come as a surprise, as Biden has already commuted the sentences of 1,500 people and pardoned 39 others, the largest act of clemency in history. And among those he pardoned was his own son, Hunter Biden, who was convicted of felony gun crimes.
It’s clear that Biden’s actions are not for the sake of justice, but rather to undermine Trump’s efforts to restore law and order in the country. In fact, Trump promised to accelerate federal executions in order to protect American families, only to have Biden reverse his policies and commute the sentences.
But Trump is resolute in his determination to bring justice to these violent criminals. As he stated on Truth Social, “As soon as I am inaugurated, I will direct the Justice Department to vigorously pursue the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters.” He remains committed to making America a nation of law and order once again.

While Biden’s decision may be celebrated by “civil rights” groups, it should be denounced by all those who value the safety and well-being of American citizens. This is a clear example of the liberal media bias, as they continue to support Biden’s actions instead of holding him accountable for his disregard for victims’ families and the severity of these crimes.
Biden’s decision to commute the sentences of these prisoners is a slap in the face to all those who have been affected by their heinous crimes. Trump’s promise to restore law and order should be supported and celebrated, and Biden’s actions should be condemned. Americans must demand accountability and justice for these victims and their families, and continue to fight for a nation that values safety and security above all else.
