It’s no surprise that former CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin is outraged at the thought that prosecutors caught lying could be disqualified from a court case. After all, it seems that the liberal media and the Democratic Party are so used to getting away with their lies and deceit that they can’t believe they might actually face consequences for their actions.
During his appearance on Anderson Cooper 360, Toobin couldn’t fathom the idea that District Attorney Fani Willis and prosecutor Nathan Wade could be disqualified from the Fulton County, Georgia case if they were found guilty of perjury regarding their relationship. He scoffed, “Who knew that prosecutors caught committing perjury could be disqualified from a court case they lied about? Apparently, just about everyone except for Jeffrey Toobin.”
When challenged by criminal defense attorney Caroline Polisi, who rightly pointed out that lying to the court is a serious offense, Toobin still couldn’t grasp the gravity of the situation. Instead, he tried to deflect and asked, “But why does it – does this prejudice Donald Trump or any of these defendants at all?” It’s clear that Toobin’s loyalty lies with the Democratic Party and its agenda, rather than with justice and truth.
Toobin’s argument that Trump and the other defendants wouldn’t be affected by the prosecutors’ perjury is not only illogical but also alarming. It shows a complete disregard for the sanctity of the justice system and a willingness to turn a blind eye to corruption and misconduct as long as it benefits his preferred political party.
But Toobin’s true motivation becomes clear when he says, “the only person who really benefited here was Donald Trump and the other defendant.” It’s evident that Toobin’s main concern is not justice or fairness, it’s ensuring that Trump doesn’t come out on top. He is willing to excuse perjury and protect dishonest prosecutors as long as it serves his political agenda.
The liberal media and the Democratic Party are quick to overlook or excuse any wrongdoing as long as it helps their cause, even if it means sacrificing truth and fairness.
Just look at Toobin… We all know what that weirdo was caught doing. What consequences did he face? NONE!

Thankfully, there are still those like the judge in the Fulton County case who are not afraid to hold people accountable for their actions. As Polisi aptly pointed out, “An attorney lying to the court is not good.” Let’s hope that more individuals, regardless of their political leanings, can recognize and condemn such dishonesty and corruption in the legal system.
