Watch As MSNBC Uses Discredited FBI Agent To Mock Durham’s Report

Peter Strzok, a former FBI agent, is claiming that the Durham report “didn’t come up with anything” – despite the FBI’s own admission of guilt following its release. Joy Reid, host of “The Reidout”, called the findings “bland” before quizzing Strzok on his thoughts.

Strzok’s response? A predictable, and quite frankly, sad ending to an investigation that should have never taken place in the first place. He went on record with Special Counsel John Durham, disagreeing with I.G. Horowitz’s conclusion that the investigation was appropriately launched – and then he proceeded to spend the next few years of his life trying to find anything that might validate his opinion.

The resulting report? Nothing.

“What I make of it at the end of the day, Joy, I look at his record of two failed prosecutions and one plea that Michael Horowitz presented to him on a platter, and then I compare that to the record of Special Counsel Mueller who convicted Paul Manafort and Rick Gates and Mike Flynn and George Papadopoulos and Roger Stone and Michael Cohen and indicted dozens of Russians, and if you want to compare which one of these had substance and meat behind the allegations, it’s absolutely clear: Robert Mueller did,” Strzok said.

But, of course, this was to be expected from Strzok. After all, he was fired in 2018 for sending anti-Trump text messages to an FBI lawyer while he was still investigating alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

It’s been made very clear that this man’s career in the bureau was compromised by his own political bias and corruption. On top of that, the Durham report itself was a complete and utter failure, and only served to prove that Strzok was never interested in finding the truth but instead searching for ways to discredit the president and the Trump administration.

It’s a sad ending to a story that never should have been told in the first place, and a stark reminder of the corruption that can exist within the FBI. It’s a shame that it took four years and millions of taxpayer dollars to reach this conclusion – a conclusion that could have been reached with a simple Google search.

The only good that can be taken away from this situation is that it serves as a reminder of the need for unbiased and impartial investigations. It’s time to put an end to the politically motivated investigations that have plagued our country for too long.
