Watch: GOP Senator Mullin Exposes Democrats’ Hypocrisy on Epstein Files

Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) took a bold stand this week by introducing a resolution calling for the full release of all available documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case—with only necessary redactions to protect innocent victims. Yet, in a move that exposes the Democrats’ blatant hypocrisy, Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) immediately objected, proving once again that the left only cares about the Epstein files when they can weaponize them against their political enemies, namely President Donald Trump.

The Department of Justice has already requested the unsealing of grand jury records tied to Epstein, but an Obama-appointed judge is stonewalling the process, demanding unnecessary delays. One would think Democrats, who claim to champion “transparency” and “justice,” would leap at the chance to uncover the truth—especially with unfounded rumors swirling that Trump is named in the files. But instead, Gallego and his colleagues resorted to cheap political theater, blocking Mullin’s resolution while pretending they ever cared about the victims.

Democrats’ Fake Outrage Exposed

When Mullin officially introduced the resolution, here’s how the exchange unfolded:

Mullin: “I ask for unanimous consent for the Senate to proceed to (the resolution)…”
Gallego: “Reserving the right to object, Mr. (Senate) President.”

With that, Gallego killed the effort—despite claiming he had previously proposed his own resolution to release the files. But where was his urgency then? Nowhere. Because Democrats don’t actually want the truth; they want a political weapon.

Mullin didn’t hold back, calling out the left’s dishonesty on X:

“The Democrats never cared about the Epstein files until they saw a chance to exploit the issue politically and hurt President Trump.”

And he’s absolutely right. The liberal media, which spent years ignoring Epstein’s connections to powerful Democrats like Bill Clinton, suddenly pretends to care—but only if they can twist the narrative against Trump. Where was their outrage when the Clinton Foundation’s ties to Epstein were exposed? Where was their demand for transparency when flight logs showed Clinton’s multiple trips on the “Lolita Express”?

Standing with Trump Against the Deep State’s Cover-Up

President Trump, who banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago years ago and cooperated with investigations, has nothing to hide. Meanwhile, the left’s sudden interest in the Epstein files reeks of desperation—a last-ditch effort to smear Trump before the 2024 election.

The American people deserve the full truth, not selective leaks designed to fit the liberal media’s narrative. If Democrats truly cared about justice, they’d join Mullin’s call for full disclosure. But their actions prove otherwise.
