n a powerful display of raw frustration with the radical left’s assault on basic reality and women’s safety, a woman who was previously victimized by a biological male in a women’s locker room confronted the very lawmaker responsible for the policies that enabled her trauma. Tish Hyman, who identifies as a lesbian and an advocate for women’s spaces, directly challenged far-left California State Senator Scott Wiener, exposing the devastating consequences of his extremist ideology.
The confrontation was the culmination of a horrifying incident last month at a Gold’s Gym in Beverly Hills. Hyman was naked and vulnerable in the women’s locker room when she turned around to find a biological male, dressed in “boy clothes” and lip gloss, staring at her. When she confronted him, the situation escalated dramatically. “This person told me he was a woman and demanded that I leave the women’s locker room,” Hyman recounted. The individual then verbally accosted her, saying, “Straight women like dick, and they’re probably looking at me more than you.” In a shocking inversion of justice, the gym staff informed Hyman that their hands were tied by California law, and they could not remove the man. “I was naked, scared, and being yelled at. He called me a bitch in front of everyone,” she said. Ultimately, it was Hyman who was punished, as Gold’s Gym terminated her membership for daring to stand up for her right to privacy and safety.
The individual at the center of this incident has since been exposed by the New York Post as a convicted domestic aboster. The person now known as Alexis Black was formerly Kyle Grant Freeman, who in 2022 pleaded guilty to viciously beating his then-wife, Alexis Freeman, leaving her with a compound fractured jaw that required surgery. This is the violent individual that California law protected to verbally assault a naked woman in a private space.
This week, Tish Hyman took her fight to the source, confronting Senator Scott Wiener, a San Francisco-based lawmaker who has built a career on pushing the most extreme gender ideology onto the state. Wiener is the architect of legislation that designates California a ‘sanctuary state’ for children seeking so-called ‘gender-affirming’ surgery without parental consent. He has also previously introduced a bill that would allow judges to decide whether to list a man as a sex offender for having oral or anal sex with a same-sex minor, showcasing a disturbing pattern of prioritizing ideology over the safety of women and children.
At the public meeting, Hyman, declaring “I’m a black lesbian!” demanded answers from the lawmaker. “What would you say to women who are seeking assurance that their safety will be protected from men, who by California law, can self-identify as women in women-only spaces. Sir please tell me,” Hyman forcefully asked. In response, Wiener offered the same empty, dogmatic platitudes, refusing to acknowledge the reality of biological sex. “We want everyone to be safe and we also know that we have trans people, both men and women — who are men and women,” Wiener stated nonsensically, adding, “So trans women, are women.” Fed up with this denial of truth and the endangerment of women, Tish Hyman repeatedly shouted that trans women are men and stormed out of the room. Her actions represent the growing fury of citizens who are tired of being forced to comply with a dangerous and unscientific ideology that sacrifices their safety and rights on the altar of political correctness.
