During her interview, Bass criticized President Donald Trump’s use of the military to restore order in Washington, D.C., dismissing concerns about crime as mere “feelings” rather than a legitimate crisis. But in reality, Los Angeles is drowning under skyrocketing burglaries, riots, and unchecked illegal immigration, proving once again that liberal leaders care more about political posturing than protecting their citizens.
Bass, a loyal foot soldier of the radical left, had the audacity to say: “You don’t deploy the armed forces because of people’s feelings. That is just inappropriate. If the statistics say that crime is down, then why would you do that because people feel afraid?” Yet, the so-called “statistics” she clings to are cherry-picked and manipulated, just like the liberal media’s endless propaganda. Meanwhile, real people—like actress and filmmaker Justine Bateman—are living in fear as home invasions, smash-and-grab robberies, and violent crime spiral out of control. Instead of addressing the city’s rampant crime crisis, Bass wastes time on CNN defending open borders and attacking President Trump’s proven strategies for restoring law and order. While Trump takes bold action—deploying the National Guard to secure cities and supporting police—Bass and the left enable chaos, refusing to properly fund the LAPD or LA Fire Department.

Why isn’t Bass focusing on the basics of her job—like ensuring public safety and infrastructure—instead of virtue-signaling on national television? The answer is simple: Democrats like Bass care more about their radical agenda than the people they were elected to serve.

Los Angeles deserves a mayor who puts citizens first, not another spineless Democrat who bows to the far-left mob.
