Double standards strike again!
Pro-Palestinian agitators caused a stir in the Colorado State Capitol and effectively put a halt to the legislature’s opening session on Wednesday, sparking accusations of an act of insurrection. The protests were largely ignored by the national media, with many questioning why it is acceptable for pro-terror supporters to disrupt the lawful proceedings of a state legislature without being labeled as insurrectionists.
Around 10:40 a.m., a group of loud protesters made their way into the capitol, prompting exasperated Senators to voice their frustration over the disruption. Senator Julie Gonzales pleaded with the protesters, stating that lawmakers “don’t have the time to waste” and that there needs to be room for dialogue and conversation. Republican lawmakers began yelling back at the protesters, leading to the session being halted for “safety concerns.”
After the House gallery was cleared, the anti-Israel protesters continued their demonstration inside the Capitol building. However, there was little coverage from the mainstream media and the disruption barely made a blip on their radar. This raised questions about the unequal treatment of protesters and the lack of consequences for those who shut down the lawful business of a state legislature.

Social media users were quick to share their outrage and point out the hypocrisy of the situation. They questioned why there was no tear gas or SWAT teams present, and why the media wasn’t giving this incident more attention. If this was a protest in support of President Trump, they argued, the response would be much different.
Pro-Hamas anarchists shut down official proceedings at the Colorado Capitol!
Insurrection! Yet, nothing will be done. pic.twitter.com/73ZT8qLLFV— ????????ProudArmyBrat (@leslibless) January 10, 2024
These pro-Hamas supporters have a track record of causing disruptions at a range of events, from Christmas-tree lightings to parades. Despite this, authorities have rarely taken any action against them. In one case, Canadian police were even sent on a coffee run for the protesters, while in others it was left to regular citizens to respond.
Radical Pro-Hamas supporters have once again stormed another Government building, this time in the Colorado State House.
Will the FBI be arresting and prosecuting them for insurrection? pic.twitter.com/bI6dSj7aJr

The lack of action against these protesters is concerning and begs the question of why they are allowed to continue their disruptive behavior. It is clear that they are pushing the agenda of Hamas, a terrorist organization that has openly called for the genocide of Israel. Yet, they are not met with harsh consequences for their actions.
In fact, in this particular instance, the Colorado legislature was effectively shut down and no arrests were made. This raises even more questions about the unfair treatment of protesters and the lack of consequences for those who engage in acts of insurrection. It also highlights the stark contrast between the response to these “permitted” protests and the harsh treatment of other protests, such as those in support of President Trump.
How long til Hamas is officially on the Colorado ballot?
Pro-Palestine protesters invaded the Colorado Capitol for an insurrection.
Listen to their chants. Will anyone be arrested? Jailed without trial?

The pro-Palestinian protesters may have successfully disrupted the opening session of the Colorado State Capitol, but they will likely face little to no repercussions for their actions. However, had this been a conservative group demanding change, protesting inflaton or high taxes the same rules would certainly NOT apply.
Tell me I’m wrong.,,
